    Description

    This member is the second most important person for the unit. They are in charge of most day to day operations.

    Description

    This member has proven themselves as exceptional leaders, they are extremely knowledgeable about the milsim and our fundamentals.

    Description

    This member has proven themselves as exceptional leaders, they are extremely knowledgeable about the milsim and our fundamentals.

    Description

Warrant Officers

  1. Chief Warrant Officer 5

    Description

    This pilot the big dog. CW5 has the final say in all administrative objectives for the 82nd Aviation Regiment.

  2. Chief Warrant Officer 4

    Description

    This pilot is extremely skilled in what they do, they are in charge of the majority of the air assets and have the final say when the CW5 is not around.

    1 - One Month TIG

  3. Chief Warrant Officer 3

    Description

    CW3 starts the Pilot NCO line, CW3s are the first member you should goto with any questions.

    1 - One Month TIG

  4. Chief Warrant Officer 2

    Description

    A New Pilot within the 82nd Aviation Regiment, Generally CW2's are PIC's for aircraft. 

    Prerequisites 

    1 -Completed Enlistment

    2 - Passed OSUT

  5. Warrant Officer

    Description

    The lowest Pilot position, this member is still required to complete 82nd Aviation Regiment Training.

  1. Sergeant Major

    Description

    The Sergeant Major is really the show master. Everything flows down to them and they lead the entire Platoon.

    1 - One Month TIG

    2 - Shows Active Leadership duties

  2. First Sergeant

    Description

    The First Sergeant is one of the most important ranks within the 82nd. The First Sergeant is in charge of all duties below them and is able to take on additional tasks that may prove difficult. First Sergeants always have to think outside the box.

  3. Master Sergeant

    Description

    The rank of Master Sergeant presents itself, they are in charge of all Leadership. This Officer has great leadership qualities and knows how to properly lead a group of soldiers.

  4. Sergeant First Class

    Description

    Sergeant First Class is a Platoon Level Position. SFC's are in charge of Squad, and Team Leads.

  5. Staff Sergeant

    Description

    Staff Sergeant has truly shown their dedication to the unit. SSG's are in charge of a squad and can be in charge of Staff Shops

  6. Sergeant

    Description

    Sergeant, the second NCO level shows extreme leadership qualities and brings valuable assets to the unit.

    3 - Has proven themselves as a Corporal.

  7. Corporal

    Description

    Corporal, the first NCO level position is in charge of a fireteam, this member shows extreme dedication to the unit, and has leadership abilities. 

    Prerequisites 

    1 - One Month TIG

    2 - Actively Participates in Operations

    3 - Has Leadership Potential

    4 - Has completed War Leadership Course (WLC)

Enlisted

  1. Specialist

    Description

    The most Senior Enlisted position. This member brings the most into the unit, actively participates in operations, forums and with the active Campaign. 

    Prerequisites: 

    1 - One month in the previous position. 

    2 - Actively Participates in Operations

  2. Private First Class

    Description

    Based on the PV2's ability to perform routine tasks, have an average attendance record and actively puts a foot forward earn this rank. 

    Prerequisites: 

    1 - One month in the previous position.

  3. Private Second Class

    Description

    Assigned to new enlistees once OSUT has been finished. 

    Prerequisites: 

    1 - Complete OSUT.

    Description

    New Enlistees are placed into the unit as a Private, privates learn valuable assets such as Formations, Proper Radio Usage, Positive Identifying and more with our three (3) stage OSUT Training. 

    Prerequisites: 

    1 - Complete Enlistment Process.
